Hi Tommy, we are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with Almased. We have a skilled customer service team and a nutritionist on staff to assist you with your program to help you see the results you are looking for. When thinking about the cost of Almased we like to remind you that the Almased program is a meal replacement program; so the funds you would normally be spending on the meals you eat, you spend on Almased. At $3.00 per meal, it really does even out in the wallet. As we all know it can be tough to put together a healthy meal for under $3.00. If you would like to give Almased another try we would be happy to review your program with you and to help you get started. You may contact us via phone at 1800-256-2733 or via email at [email protected]. We look forward to assisting you. Good luck with your health and weight loss goals. Your Almased Team
