Customer service is non-existent or evasive. I E-Mailed them twice with no response due to a damaged shipment. It tuns out the shipment was drop-shipped so I E-Mailed the drop-shipper, they responded within minutes and shipped out another one. Luckily I wasn't too invested in their products and had only used them once before, I'm glad I had issues early on before they were expensive later one with larger orders. I would hate to have anything shipped directly from them, given how poorly they handle issues.
