It appears they sent my package to the wrong state? I'm still waiting on a response. Either they sent me the wrong tracking number, or they actually shipped to wrong location. Either way, I didnt receive my item.

So terrible. I bought a pair of shoes from them like two months ago. I tried to return them and they were returned back to me saying it was the wrong address even though I used the exact address that they came from. so I spent $16 on shipping and $150 on shoes that don’t fit and I have yet to get my money back.

Danya, you placed an order on 5/2/24 for a pair of shoes. We are not seeing any notes in our web system that you wanted to return the item. In some cases, we ship items directly from the manufacturer/distributor, and returning an item directly back to them does not follow our return policy, which is clearly listed on our website. A return authorization should have been initiated with our team, at which point we would have instructed you to return the shoes to our address, not the return address listed on the package you received. This is a scam!! AllSecurityEquipment has a low price because the unit they sell is not complete. Then AllSecurityEquipment wants more money for the missing piece. AllSecurityEquipment literally opens the box packed by the manufacturer (which contains everything needed) and removes a key piece to be sold separately. Buy elsewhere!! Wish I had read reviews before buying.

Alex, the owner of this company sold me a gate touch pad. I gave him my model number and serial number for the gate operator. I told him I needed a KPW250 he told me he has a KPW5 that is compatible and will work with my operator it was less expensive! I received the touchpad and tried several times to get it to work. Each time letting them know it does not work! So this last time on 1/29/24 I get a guy that is super arrogant and told me to call this number and they would walk me through the steps to get it working. Low and behold the keypad is not the correct one per the manufacturer they had me call! So of course they did not believe me and had me talk with another person at the manufacturer who said the same thing it was not the right keypad. So long story short their answer to the whole problem is for me to buy a whole new touchpad. No credit for the wrong one the owner sold to me. So the many people I spoke with never said that after the first 16 days, you no longer have a warranty. The owner tells them to say they have the correct product so that it goes past 16 days! Thank goodness for employees who will tell you the truth about this owner. He needs to be shut down!

Horrible customer service, I placed order since one month ago and until now we have not received the product and nobody answer the phone. The sales rep hides and if you call the main number they never pick up the phone, I feel like they steals our money.

I spent over $3,000 on a commercial sliding gate opener. Once installed it was determined by Liftmaster that it was defective. All Security refused accept a return of the defective item and refused to fix it in a timely fashion, I was told I could either pay for the parts up front and wait for a refund or send it off and it would be returned in 30-90 days. Customer service was rude and completely unwilling to help in any fashion. I would avoid this company and look for one that has better customer service.

Poorest customer service. They send defective product and won't refund or return making all kinds of arguments to talk to the manufactures even when they have 30 days return policy. Aggregation and harassment won't worth it.
