Delayed Shipping. Not cool

I placed the order yesterday and paid for overnight shipping. The salesman assured me that the order would leave yesterday 2/4 for delivery today 2/5. That did not happen. I had an installer traveling 2 hrs away to come install this part. Now I have to reschedule and my gate will be down for 2 more days. Very disappointing.

Bought a small bearing on Jan14th. Selected ground shipping which was twice of the cost of the part. I am sure they make money on the shipping. It arrived on the 29th! Contacted customer support about a refund of the shipping they provided no resolution. I wouldn’t be purchasing from this vendor again. EDIT 1/30/26. The package via the usps website dint ship until the 1/23/26, that was 9 days after the order was placed. Don’t blame the shipping company.

Be very careful what brand you purchase as some do not have any support unless you have a qualified technician involved. I have a bad board (I believe) on a $3k+ gate opener and neither All Security nor the manufacturer (Liftmaster) will provide technical support. I would not purchase from here again. I now found out Viking brand has homeowner support.

I order this the 26th and paid extra for fast delivery and its gonna get here on the 3rd

We appreciate your review! Since your order came in on November 26th while we were closed for the holidays, it was processed first thing on December 1st when we returned. It’s now set to arrive on the 3rd as confirmed, thank you for your patience and for choosing All Security Equipment!
I wish I could give a zero instead of a 1. Ordered a set of hinges and a month later and still nothing. Emails to customer support = no response. Now I’m stuck ordering from another company and trying to get my money back. This whole fiasco has set my project back a month. I was considering ordering gate openers from this company - no way I’m going to spend 5k with a company that can manage to ship gate hinges. What a waste.
