Customer Service is pretty good, but I've had issues with auto-ship in the past and delays w orders.

Cheaper than the vet. Good products. Customer service is okay, weren't much help when I called but I think that was do to the circumstances.

Allivet makes it so easy to get a prescription filled, contacting my vet and quickly shipping my order.

Seems the turnaround time on reorders could be faster. The price of one of my medicines just increased so disappointed in that.

I have had a good experience with individual orders. I had a bad experience when i signed up for automatic delivery. One month the order did not show up. Ultimately the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. But it took multiple contacts. Consequently, I am reluctant to re-instate automatic delivery. I am comparing Allivet to my personal online pharmacy and to Fresh Direct, both of which I have on automatic delivery. Their success rate is 100% in my personal experience. Maybe that is too high a success rate to expect, but then call me spoiled. I am debating whether to give Allivet another try.

Allivet is All I need when it comes to my pet. Their customer service is courteous & they really care. I only gave 4 stars because the prices aren’t consistent. I order the same prescription for my dog every month & it fluctuates, which can be a pain. Other than that I’m happy with their service & products!
