They have the meds we need. The communication process is a little rough though. I will continue to use them but I ended up getting 3 bottles of meds in one month! Hopefully that gets straightened out next time...

Great prices BUT....... Shipping is my only issue. Be sure to order critical medicines at least 2 weeks before you run out. Also, if you don't receive a notice that a shipping label has been printed within a few days, call and check. If ONE item on the order is back ordered, they will hold the ENTIRE order.

Has the products I need but when they have sales it is always with a minimum purchase less the medication I order.

My dog needed a very expensive medicine and my vet say it would be cheaper for me to look online for it. Allivet had the meds and I also received a discount shopping with them. The meds arrived in the mail very quickly in perfect condition. I have already ordered my dogs next month supply from them

I order animal medicine close to when I need it. My order didn't come in time and I had to reorder having my pet miss meds.. He has Cushings and diabetes. I order because of savings. I take my animals as family. I am already wondering about my next order and timing. I won't fail my boy again. You could have at least acknowledged your error!

Vets office advises they never get the first fax requesting prescriptions.

Was not happy my order went up $10 from my first order. Was told lower price was for first time order but nowhere on the site does it state that. I would think an automatic monthly order would have a set price.

We have been pleased with the service provided by Allivet but the quality of the product we purchase has declined. We purchase syringes and the initial order was great - good quality with caps on both ends of the syringe. The last two orders came with caps on only one end (needle) and the quality of the needles themselves is really not up to snuff. Easily bent on insertion if not very careful.
