They will bait and switch you at every turn. This business operates as a partial scam, selling used hardware at "new hardware" prices. Avoid this seller. Just look at their obviously fake reviews below -- total scam.

Our first and only experience was for a large order of SAS disk drives. Everything about the experience was bad. From the ordering process, through the payment process, to fulfillment. How these people have so many 5-star ratings is puzzling. Nothing about the people we interacted with was professional. Mistakes were made, by them, at every turn. Completely incompetent. Never again.

As long as you have no issues you are fine. If you have a defective product good luck to you. I bought 5 ASA5506-k-9 for a client. One has an extra heat sink floating inside. gave them all the info. Took pictures of the box with all the Cisco #'s and they insist it wasn't one they sold me. I do not stock these nor have a need them. Only purchased them special for a client who had no outlet to buy them. So my company is out the $430 and i have to refund my client who needs it. Plus takes days to respond if at all. Deleting my account. This 1 of 2 bad experiences. I need trusted suppliers

Bad customer service

This company is run by crooks. They sold me some cpu's then ran me through a complicated credit card test that is standard to crooks but not in the civilized world. They charge a small amount and then ask you to tell them how much and then they credit it. Then I get a completed order and an invoice. Then they canceled the order because the market price for these cpus was rising and they got a better offer. Then they email that they are out of stock. Then they lied to my face (phone) telling me they failed qc. I am to believe they are testing several server cpus on the day of shipping! These folks are dishonest and give NYC a bad name.

A strange company where people have no names (we agree that billing, sales,…, are not names) Where the offered parts seem to don’t exist. Where everyone disappear after you placed an order. A source to forget.

This vender claimed repeatedly they have parts in stock; I made payment and they cancelled the order with no good reason; Very disappointed.

I tried to order some SSD drives from AllHDD and got a confirmation of my order, then when several days passed and I didn't see any shipping, I called. They said they would call me back but didn't, then cancelled the order. I later saw the same SSD listed for $200 more!
