I contacted them regarding a charge pulled out of my account and requested a refund. I have never used this company nor do I know what they do. I received an email immediately telling me it would be taken care of. Three days later i received my refund in my bank account.

Emerald from the escalation department is a liar and a cheat. They stole my money and keep trying to take more.
