Almost 4 weeks to get a elt battery !!

After I placed my order, I got the usual email that it was received...after several days I got NO follow up as to when shipping would be, and/or tracking number. I called and left a message...got NO call back. I texted and got NO message back. Repeated all of this several times...even emailed. NO RESPONSE. Finally tried the CHAT BOX and got a response...and was told the ELT Battery I ordered was out of stock. (when I placed my order IT WAS SHOWN IN STOCK) Almost 3 weeks later my battery arrived....FED-Ex soooo slow.

Hello. I guess my AV-30C’s were on back order when I paid for them. With the promise of next day shipping, I had the aircraft scheduled for install yet my parts didn’t arrive as promised. Then when I contacted via chat, I didn’t get a response for 3 of the 5 attempts to find out where my parts were. This delay cost me more than using a competitor who informed me of the stock. I did get a fair price and the AV-30s arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them.

Prices are good. But communication is not so good. My order came in two different shipments, which I was not made aware of until I contacted them after only receiving half of the order. Trying to call the company is worthless. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls from left messages. Did receive a couple of responses on email and was even given a gift card credit for future purchases which I appreciate. But I am still waiting for part of the order which is still not shown up and have not been able to get any response from anybody about that portion. Probably 10 unanswered emails so far.

Martin Petera of All Avionics, sent my original order to the wrong address, he did not include a critical part for installation of my ADS-B antennas. I had to track down the package on my own. He then did not return my calls when I tried to order the wingtip faring, not included in the original order. I ordered it from Aircraft Spruce (I highly recommend them) and they promptly delivered it to the correct address on the first try. Please return calls to your customers in the future. They are counting on you to deliver GOOD service.

Communication was not good after the purchase. Part was suppose to ship the next day and did not ship for over a week. Aircraft was grounded in Mexico so AllAvionics put us in a very bad situation with their poor communication and failure to ship when advertised at the time of purchase

Initial unit was shipped quickly and at a fair price. Unit turned out to be faulty. Numerous phone calls and emails with them…all very nice…with them promising to ship and give me tracking number of replacement unit. Lots of “I’ll get it done today”. This started before Christmas and is still unresolved or tracking number still not sent.

You gave me 10% off but never applied it to my order!
