Ordered an ELT battery. Needed it to finish my annual. Got an email saying the order was being processed. Then nothing. For a month. No answer to calls. No returned calls from messages. No response to emails. I'd say it's a scam but it appears they didn't charge my credit card. WTH??

I first ordered a battery from you on July 23. I still haven't gotten the item from that order (Order #15888). It is still processing (even today), according to your online tracking system. Not remembering that, I ordered it again from you on Aug 26. When entering that second order (Order #15998) to my airplane expense database, the database alerted me that I had already ordered that exact item from you a month ago. That's when I lost confidence that you would ever send me a battery. So I immediately cancelled that second order (#15998) and ordered a battery from another company (which already arrived). Martin Petera emailed back on August 27, stating it had already been shipped, but would send a return merchandise authorization form in the morning. The now unneeded battery arrived, but the RMA still hasn’t arrived.

Absolutely no customer service, order is over a month old, haven’t received any shipping info or feedback on what the hold up is, even though everything was listed as in stock and ready to ship. Can not get ahold of anyone, no answers on the phone, the “24/7” chat option or email.

The company chased me for my payment but short shipped the order which is understandable. However, multiple attempts to contact them to get an update on the order have been met with silence. I’m beginning to think they stole my money.

Have had a battery (they claimed was in stock) on order since the end of February. They have NOT returned either my phone calls nor my emails and my credit card company is reporting the same (I'm contesting the charge).

Probably one of the worst companies in the industry. Claimed on the website to have a replacement battery in stock. Not shipped 12 days later. No reaction on emails.

These folks are not to be trusted. It took me over 6 1/2 months to get my order after numerous phone calls and text messages they never responded. I finally received my product-after having to go direct to the manufacturer. Do not buy from this company.
