I have dealt with this company for many years, (20+) and have always been pleased with their staff's attitude. Whether it be placing orders, short an item on an order, or any misunderstandings on anything they are quick to solve the issue. Very confusing to purchase braces due to inadequate and misleading info presented on webpage and more so in catalog. Need more instructions and pictures of how to install braces on a person.
