I wish the online pic showing the underside and traction would of been better. It has a nice cushioned sole. I got it in a timely matter. Good service.

When I was unsure if Alimed could help me with my intended purchase and whether it could be shipped to me here in Australia, I emailed my query to the Customer Service Team; they were only too happy to assist me. Despite the Holidays surrounding Christmas Day, I received my purchase, a Comfy Ambulating Heel Boot Orthosis, 4 Business Working Days later, Many thanks Alimed.

Hi Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. This time of year is tough for timely deliveries, especially when it comes to getting medical supplies delivered. AliMed is glad to hear that you've received your order and are happy with the product. With appreciation, The AliMed Team
Whenever I place an order with Alimed it is acknowledged right away. I don't seem to have many issues as far as backorders. We have our items shipped to Toronto, Canada and everything is always seamless and we receive our orders on a timely basis
