Alex NegreteReviews of alexnegrete.com

Alex was a great facilitator for me to experience this very unique and deeply existential journey. He was patient, listening, pushing when needed, focused on helping me achieve my goals as to why I tried this in the first place. We had three sessions spanning three weeks, with each week getting more immersive and expansive.

This was a very deep, introspective experience. Alex facilitated a plunge into my innermost memories, premises and values. Over the course of an extended process, I learned things about myself that otherwise might have remained buried. I would recommend this experience to anyone on the pursuit of peace and joy.

It is not so often that an experience can be so transformative to your life. I honestly had no idea what to expect and did not really do too much research before the session. Alex let me know that it was a guided meditation but of course for me it was so much more than that. I call it a spirit walk and the very first one that I have ever had the pleasure to embark on. I got so many answers and saw my life as it is/was and could be and it really was unbelievable. I cannot wait for the next session and am so curious about when the time is right for the next one. I felt so clear afterwards although I was really shocked in the days after because the experience was surreal. I couldn't believe it happened while I was in my own room/bed through a Zoom call. My advice is definitely to have an eye mask and over the ear headphones ready as it will make things more immersive. Also, just go with it, be open and enjoy the ride! Best money you will spend.

Alex is great. He made me feel completely comfortable. We talked for a long time before the session about my life and chatted about different life experiences. He's a good listener. I felt like he was really absorbing what I was saying. The actual QHHT session was really eye opening. I wasn't seasoned in meditation but Alex helped me relax and helped me focus. I felt safe and heard. After the session we reviewed and talked about what we learned. It was extremely eye opening. I hope to work with him again in the future and would 100% recommend obtaining his help on your journey though this universe. There is a reason you are reading this. Trust yourself.
