Absolutely no customer support. Slots won’t pay out after you cashout. You don’t get your spins you are supposed to get for ranking up tier levels. I am done here this place will be under a lawsuit in no time. Please trust me don’t play here it is not worth it. The bonuses cost you 1000$ to win $10

The process of getting your account/identity verification done on this site is an absolute nightmare. Their agents are entirely composed of AI bots that don't know how to respond to questions.
