So I've been playing on aladinslots.com…
So I've been playing on aladinslots.com for a few months now. They send me offers daily. I use my own bank account and my own money paid into the slots via my debit card. Without any issues. Now as soon as I wish to withdraw my winnings. I have to start jumping through hoops. I need now have to provide my I.D. and have it verified. Proof of I am who I say I am, my driving licence. Proof of address, which you can only use a utility bill. I'm a lodger. I don't pay the bills, and a copy of my bank card in my name, which I gave. Their reason for not paying me my winnings. I don't have a utility bill in my name. They are quick to take money from my bank account but don't bother trying to get any sense through their complaints procedure. Won't be using it again.
