Non existing support & failed delivery times
The support number and emails do not work and do not get answered. They do not deliver within the specified time period and can take up to more than twice the promised delivery time.

$61 dollar shipping on 2 cheap cologne
I purchased four bottles of cologne. The two expensive bottles were out of stock, but the two cheaper ones they shipped. The total shipping cost for two cheaper bottles of cologne was $61 dollars from Ohio to California. The two out of stock ones always says available on their site. Once you add that much shipping cost to cheaper products, they end up being very expensive.
