We payed for tickets online, but because the money didn't reach their account before our journey we had to pay again and were promised a refund. We have since contacted many times by whatsapp and calling and been told accounts will send, but nothing. Communication is very poor. Wouldn't recommend traveling with this company as a foreigner.

I booked a cheap ferry ticket online via directferries.com and then AKgunlerbilet wanted me to pay 60 % more to finalize the trip. They only think about money and not their customers. Use filo denizcilik in stead when sailing to and from Cyprus
