I spoke to Estelle in customer service and from the very beginning, she restored my faith in this company. Thank you for hiring such a great person who listened to my problem and advocated for me.

After calling into the Ferguson company ( and I use them alot as an architect) they never called back for 2 weeks. I just wanted to place an order , but nothing. So after research I found the same product elsewhere and actually it was $400 less , without discounts , and I ordered immediately. I will always direct my clients here , moving forward.

AJMadison offers competitive prices. Their delivery service is excellent and professional. I've bought many appliances from them. My most recent purchase, an Element range, ended up having an issue with the oven after 3 months (a manufacturer problem.) Because it was still covered under the manufacturer warranty, AjMadison quickly offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a refund but ordered again from them. They credited me for a delivery, haul and install which was very good of them so I wouldn't have to pay those again. Customer service was easy to reach and was easy to followup with which is rare. I had one email to contact and they knew who I was with each communication. Thank you Mariami and your AJMadison customer service team!

Joseph Feltz, “my” sales rep, was wonderful…helped me through the purchasing process, answering all my questions promptly with all the info I needed. Making a purchase of this magnitude ($2000) is no small matter to me. I needed to feel secure I was dealing with the right company and getting the right product. Joseph allayed my concerns & was patient with my multitude of questions, including some “what ifs” I had after reading negative reviews about AJ Madison. When I placed my order, I did so with confidence, certain I was doing the right thing and dealing with the right firm, all because of Joseph. Please tell him how happy I am I had his help throughout the process. If only all interactions were this pleasant! Whoever hired Joseph should be commended too. They made a great decision!
