I really liked the products I ordered and will probably order again; however, I was disappointed with the delivery time it took to receive the items. I ordered this for a Mother's Day gift and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I did contact customer service and they were very helpful and kept me up to date on my order. I will need to keep the delivery time frame in mind when ordering again. Amazon has spoiled me with their 2 day delivery time.

The picture was beautiful it was shipped quick enough only problem was I never got a tracking number or notice when it was shipped

The items I ordered were what I expected and are quality pieces. Shipping was fast but the status updates were not accurate. I received a shipment notice after I already received the item. No big deal just odd.

The golden doodle sign came out great. My only issue was the way the words were done. My sign said “Brody’s Bar Drink Laugh Woof!” It would have looked nicer if you had placed “Brody’s Bar” above the other 3 words, Rather than making it all one line. Like any sign..we wanted the name to stand out more. So I guess I would recommend Adding a second row box on your customization page so people can be very specific with how they want it to look. But otherwise everything looks and came out great as I stated above. Shipping was fast too.

The rug arrived as pictured. Colors are vibrant. Only thing I would want to change is a different backing. One that isn't so slick.

It took awhile to get the rug and it was very expensive, but it's still beautiful and pretty good quality.

I purchased two Laughing Horse "Live like someone left the gate open" posters and they are beautifully crafted on wrap-around canvas.
