Advanced Dental Implant and TMJ CenterAdvanced Dental Implant & TMJ Center is a specialist dental practice in Southaven, MS, proudly serving Memphis and the greater Midsouth. The practice was founded by Dr. Pradeep Adatrow — the region’s only board-certified Periodontal/Implant Surgeon and Prosthodontist — and is joined by Dr. Jay Patel, a board-certified Periodontal and Implant Surgeon. Together, our team brings 30 years of experience and more than 25,000 dental implants placed. We focus on advanced implant and restorative care, including single-tooth implants, All-on-4 full-arch implants, snap-on dentures, and specialized pterygoid and zygomatic implants for patients with significant bone loss. We also provide gum disease treatment, non-surgical TMJ therapy, sleep apnea solutions, cosmetic and surgical dentistry, and comfortable IV (sleep) sedation for anxious patients. While many offices handle routine procedures, we specialize in complex cases — full-mouth rehabilitation, advanced bone loss, and failed implants — and we’re often the last stop before patients give up on their smile. We are a family-owned practice built on transparent pricing, personalized treatment plans, and honest guidance with no surprises. We accept most dental insurance and offer flexible payment options to make advanced dental care genuinely affordable. Our goal is simple: help you eat freely, speak comfortably, and smile with confidence again.

My 75 year old mother has dental anxiety and needed surgery. The referral her primary dentist gave her was very expensive. I contacted advanced dental, got the consultation done, and was told it was half the price! The surgery was quick, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was very reassuring and gentle. I definitely recommend them for surgical needs. I just wish they offered general dentistry. I would bring the whole family

From my first appointment, the team at Advanced Dental Implant and TMJ Center made me feel completely at ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the doctor took real time to explain my treatment options clearly instead of rushing me through. I never felt pressured, just genuinely cared for.
