The actual scan itself was great, quick and easy. My appointment was for 12:00, but I wasn’t called back until 1:00. I also was ushered into a small waiting room where other people were waiting who were not wearing masks.

The staff was very nice, but got back in my car and became ill that I just committed to 5 years of debt, and that instead of $5200, interest all included I actually spent $7000. Then after further review discovered to get out of the contract I had to pay $4900. Honestly, since I left I have been sick. I just retired and realized that we didn't think enough about this and it will hurt us substantially.

Unprepared for my appointment over an hour didn't discuss offers. Just seem like a moneymaker. I scanned and left. Didn't recocognize they were unprofessional. Could have offered a full scan for the burden.disappointed.

When you booked your appointment as part of the promotion, the receptionist should have mentioned that it would include a 60 minute consultation reviewing the other services we proved and I apologize if she did not. If you have any questions please let us know.
The scan itself was a quick, piece of cake. Being up-sold on health care options was a little uncomfortable. Just not a fan of A subscription program on something I’ve not even been through yet.

Our goal with the consultation is to inform our patients of the other services we offer for preventive care and we apologize if it made you uncomfortable. Everyone for the most part was nice and welcoming and professional. The front desk worker was personable and really made us feel at home. The only exception was our sales man, who asked us if he could remove his mask because he’s “not a big mask person”, he also questioned where I was from originally because of me having a hijab on after he had asked us where we were from and we had responded Oklahoma. It was surprising to me someone in the medical field would be islamophobic considering 10% of medical professionals in the United States are Muslim. Overall this led to our decision not to get on there program and just receive what we had paid for.

1 out of the 3 staff members we came in contact with were rude. I notified them ahead of time that our children would be with us as we did not have anyone to watch them. Are children are well behaved so I didn't worth much about it. The gentleman that did our consult was very rude and acted like it was so inconvenient for us to have our kids with us. The tech that did the scans started off rude but changed her attitude pretty quick.

We felt comfortable until we made the comment that there was no way we could afford the full body scan then the whole atmosphere changed. After we said no to the full scan they rushed us through like we weren't important anymore.

the full hour of sales pitch that was included was a bit much. I understand the point of the special intro price is to "up-sell", but an hour of it was a bit ridiculous. It felt like a time share sales pitch.
