Terrible decision… Signed up March 2024 and still my website not ready. They took £300 for optimisation and I did not tick the box to allow them to store my card details and take further payments as I was trialling their services. Then I see 3x £300 debits on my credit card statements over the last 3 months that I did not agree to ! Claim put in to my credit card company for theft of my £900. Paid another £500 to create a new site ! So many errors with English language and felt like a stuck record player on repeat. Sent them what I needed but they still couldn’t provide a privacy policy or agreement to our TOB’s on website. Online bookings not linked to my payment portal ! I gave up! Anish said he would sort out the blogs and email me immediately but nothing was done. Said they provide a 24hr service which they don’t as they are closed weekends and open when I’m sleeping. Total waste of my time and money.. don’t trust them they are liars, thieves and cannot create good content or get a job done professionally.

Do not use this company its a scam! To start from the beginning... before we have signed up for their SEO services it has been agreed IN WRITING certain terms of the services and guarantee of results with the sales person. After 5 long months of their so called "seo services" ( badly written articles) i have questioned the results so far as out of only 5 keywords i have specified at the start 3 of them were lower ranking than at the start and 2 only improved by couple of places. Hardly great results. I have questioned this over many following months after which i have received an email to basically say we have done everything we could and we will not give you a refund and to stop contacting them. Although it seems on their website they are based on US well actually they are as expected in India and they are just as bad so the rest of the SEO companies from India. Rest assured i can write off the money despite paying by paypal thinking if they don't deliver the services it has been guaranteed u will get my money back... well wrong despite my request for refund from paypay has decided they have provided the service i have paid for....??

I would Give 0 Stars If I Could!! They claim that they are doing SEO but in reality they are just charging you monthly until you realize that you are seeing ANY RESULTS! When you cancel, They still CHARGE YOUR CARD MONTHLY! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

First of all it took over 2 months after paying to see any work on my new site, but that was about 2 pages and all copy and pasted from my old site. Wrong products, wrong reviews some in a foreign language. They offered to finish the site and told me I had nothing else to pay. I understood this to mean there was nothing else to pay. At no point, did anyone tell me 'there's nothing else to pay, but you don't get the package you were promised' .... My understanding was there was nothing else to pay due to being messed around, lied too and having the account manager miss video calls to discuss the on going problem... When the website was due to go live I was then asked to pay another £1400 for the rest of the work that was due to be done with seo and actually making the website worth having. After endless discussions back and forth I was told I had to pay, for what I'd previously been told I didn't need to pay for. Had I been told this at the start of being messed around for months, I'd have never agreed to go ahead. I have the WhatsApp messages to prove I was told nothing left to pay... So here I am with no new website and £1400 down the drain, I also lost another £500 paying a deposit to someone else to do the work that adsrole had been paid for, but after 2 months, still hadn't done. The new site they eventually built was just a copy and paste of my old site.... what's the point in paying for a new site just for it to be copy and pasted? The content they asked to add to thr site didn't make sense, at all. It was probably AI written. I spent hours and hours re writing content for them to add (exactly what they were paid to do). I was promised emailing marketing, social media marketing, SEO for a year and so much more... Then was told i now have to pay for what i was told i didn't have to pay for.... So £1900 down the drain in total and nothing to show fot it. They offered ti make the copy and pasted website live... But what's the point without the seo and everything else that was promised. I only went with these and not a different company because these promised to match the quality at a cheaper price. massive disappointment would not recommend.
