This the most untrustworthy company out…
This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.

Shelly, I'd like to help get your situation solved. Were you able to talk with someone in our call center yet? We understand that the IID program can be difficult and can cause stress and we truly want to help eliminate that for you. If you are still trying to get a hold of an advisor, please let me know and we can have them contact you directly.
