Used ADL prior to Dean being on the apprentice and was always impressed with his work and professionalism. Since growing the business his team sadly do not match up to himself. If they turn up late they miss stuff. Didn't turn up for one apt and didn't let me know even though I waited 1.5 hrs, rescheduled and after waiting 45 mins I cancelled. On the first apt discovered leaking unit which they left switched on and soaked our carpet. Very poor customer service
