As someone who has expertise in customer service (former Service Director for the Lower Manhattan Region of the New York Banking Division for Citibank; have written books on how to train staff on customer service) and entrepreneurship (have my own business consulting company, teach entrepreneurship courses, wrote a book on starting and growing a business), I am in a unique position to look at companies that I do business with as both a customer, and someone knowledgeable in both small business and customer service practices. Adkins Property Restoration LLC gets high marks in both performance and knowledge of their craft; and in dealing with a customer (me) in a professional, friendly, caring, honest manner.

Adkins Property Restoration is very professional and very clean! I would recommend them 100%!

Overall, I would recommend and reutilize this company for any future mold remediation personal or via a relative/friend of mine. The work ethic of the team is far superior to other labor teams I’ve dealt with. Both Mike and Jay were fantastic to work with. Just make sure you keep them hydrated as they work hard!

Mike is very professional and intelligent when it comes to this line of work.he Always makes sure the customers and clients are very well taken care of and that they are very happy when the job is finished.

Adkins Property Restoration was amazing. Very prompt, efficient and well organized. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Mike
