In life you get to understand that nothing is perfect. A toaster can have issues. Well my setup had issues. The reason I am offering 5 stars is that things happen, but for the value of service this place is amazing. Exceptionally fast turn around time on tickets and exceptional customer service in a world where a ticket will normally get you a 24-48 hour wait time. Once up and running this has been exceptionally smooth. I've used the service in the past and I have never felt I received a better bang for the buck than with Active GameHost.

server up-time is on point, if you have an issue and send a message to support they respond quickly and efficiently much quicker then any other service I've used.

Initially there was issues with setting up a 7DTD server, but customer support was available and quick to fix the issue.

I can honestly say that active game host is the best server hosters I have ever felt with. Everytime I have an issue they jump to and get it fix with no problems. Great customer service and easy to talk to. I have,used them for about 3 years and I will continue to use them for years to come. Thanks for the great service.
