Acquirell is a great solution if you need to digitize your PO workflow and some sourcing processes without spending a lot of money. Acquirell has both pros and cons as any software. Pros: -Intuitive interface without messy and complicated workspaces -Outstanding sourcing module. We could start running RFPs and RFQ after a few hours of learning -It is possible to easily collect purchasing requirements across departments and send POs to suppliers. Everything go in one system -Flexible approval routes -Affordable Price -Their team is helpful Cons: -No default integrations. It is necessary to spend time discussing all integration details with their team. -The evaluation criteria in the sourcing module are a bit complicated. But we could start running our sourcing events by just applying minimum price criteria
