The rep couldn’t explain us all the credit card fees charged on our statement and gave us a blanket answer that you will be charged a certain & based on your volume. I was not too happy about this answer. Overall very ok experience.

Our initial sign-up process took longer than expected, with some back-and-forth on documentation. While things eventually worked out, it would have helped to have clearer communication upfront.
