Website was highly inaccurate directing me to a location which is not part of their system. I never received email with donor pass. Called day of while at wrong site phone help could not email donor pass. Finally found correct location hours later still no test. THEY DONT PROVIDE REFUNDS . Poor service will not us again.

I called this company to get a very specific blood test. I was told not by one but by three people which test would have that result. I get back the results and that very specific test I was looking for was not on there. I have called..left message . I want my money refunded . This is fraud...it is misleading and I will go to consumer protection if I must. Either your employees do not know what they are selling...or this is intentional.
