Access Novelty Document is an extremely disappointing experience. Initially, I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews, but decided to give them a chance. However, my interactions with them only confirmed my suspicions. They claimed that the negative reviews were actually meant for a different business with a similar name, which I found hard to believe. Despite reaching an agreement, Access Novelty Document failed to deliver on their promises. They not only scammed me but also resorted to lies. I fulfilled my end of the agreement, but they couldn’t uphold their side. Their focus seemed to be solely on payment, rather than delivering a satisfactory job. This was a major red flag for me. I strongly advise you to avoid Access Novelty Document and look for alternatives. Your hard-earned money deserves better treatment and more reliable services.

Fake. Sent them money thru botcoin for a fake document. Will never see that money again

Dear Cindee, After carefully looking at your review we learnt that you didnt deal with us in access novelty docs. You had agreement with another company name alphadocumentsonline.com because we have it in our record that you chatted us via whatsapp and you sounded dumbful and confused that you thought it was our company. Attached to this review is your conversation with our manager. Please we would advice every customer to contact the company email directly which is info@accessnoveltdocs

This company is a complete fraud. We had an agreement where they would create a certificate for me. At first they seemed really on top of everything, asking a lot of questions and as if they were a legitimate company. But once I paid the fee through Cash App (which I thought was a reliable source to send funds through), the company started saying that their delivery company couldn’t get in touch with me which wasn’t true at all, and then they wanted to charge me an additional $365 for shipping which was never mentioned initially. I have all screen shots and emails as proof. The company never sent me my certificate and on top of that refuse not to refund me. Now every time I reach out they have completely ghosted me. I can’t stress enough not to rely on this company. I even have the names and screen shots of their names on cashapp. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get refunded or who else I can report this to please let me know. Also, if you suggest I place reviews on other sites please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!♥️
