Beware of AA Service Co. Northbrook, IL
AA Service Co. finalized the installation of a high velocity AC system in my home. Due to their error (improperly sloped condensate drain), within 18 months the system was ruined and I had water damage throughout my home. When informed of the situation and given multiple opportunities to correct, they refused to stand by their work. First they said the damage was due to condensation. I then sent documentation of four professional (architect, forensic engineer, and two other certified installers) inspectors who independently concluded that faulty installation was the cause. They then said they were not involved with the installation (Unique Comfort started the installed and was acquired by AA during installation). I provided documentation that AA Service was actually at my home on three separate dates to finalize and make the unit operational. Now they won't reply to my requests. It is evident they do not understand how this system works and will not stand by their work. Show less
