My aunt kept going on about how nice the delivery man was. He noticed the walker she was using and insisted on getting the flowers out of the box and getting them set up for her. Extremely caring and efficient. Recipient was out, and florist was afraid flowers would die if they were just left in the heat. They left a phone message with recipient, and called me, to confirm they would try delivery again the next day. They did as promised. The recipient was very pleased with the attentiveness, and with the flowers. So was I.
