Thank you for your feedback, C.B. We apologize for the frustration you experienced, particularly regarding the long wait time and the lack of a detailed explanation from our support team. To help clarify your session, it is important to understand that promotional bonuses operate with specific mechanics that are standard across the entire online casino industry. Industry Standards: Casino bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be played through a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Locked Funds: While a bonus is active, the initial deposit and any associated winnings remain locked in a bonus balance until those requirements are met. Game Restrictions: To ensure fair play under these standard rules, certain games are restricted while a bonus is active. Customer Service: Waiting 15 minutes only to be told to read the rules is not our standard of support. We will address this internally so our team provides clear, educational explanations moving forward. Recommendations: We strongly encourage all players to review the bonus terms and conditions available on our website before participating in promotions to ensure the best possible experience.

Hi Natalie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating an unlucky session can be, and our Head of VIP has already emailed you directly today to resolve this. We want to publicly clarify the facts regarding game fairness, the technical experience, and your current account status: Game Fairness: All of our games are authentic and supplied directly by certified gaming studios. They run on independently audited Random Number Generators as required by our regulatory license, meaning outcomes are mathematically controlled by the providers and are never altered by our platform. Technical Experience: The games are hosted directly on the secure servers of the official providers. This means we have no access or ability to modify the game skins or freeze interface buttons, and any temporary screen freezing is typically related to local device or internet connection interruptions. Account Status: As communicated to you via email just moments ago, we have offered a real cash lossback to compensate for your session. In that exact same communication, we also confirmed that we are ready to immediately honor your account closure request or apply a responsible gaming cooling off period the moment you reply with your final preference.
