Like the service it was not what i expected but they worked around me and my crazy work schedule and try to keep me posted as much as possible. I did not get the amount that i originally applied for the worked with me and got me part of what i needed

At first everything seemed great, easy process, money was in my account when they said it would be, but now as my first payment is supposed to be due I’m not able to login to my account and I’m concerned that I will be charged a fee over something I have no control over. The payment is on auto pay but I don’t see anything in my statements, getting a little worried to be honest.

Thank you for reaching out to us and making sure you are on time with your payments. We love proactive customers like you! When your payment is due, it usually takes a couple of business days to process from your account. To be safe I would assume 3 business days for an ACH transaction to clear, and this is just how long it takes for all the processing to go through from your bank. And if you were ever charged a fee because of us not responding to you when you called or texted us right away, we would definitely reimburse you!
