Customer Service
Unfortunately, my first order from 54kibo did not work in the area I had intended. My return experience was simple and easy. I emailed the company regarding returns and an employee named Shane was incredibly helpful. All went smoothly. I then ordered a second item which arrived quickly. I am impressed with the quality and design of this item.
