4DH has been a huge blessing for me when it comes to optimizing my health. I have been working with them for about 3 months and through diet planning and exercise routines, I am down to 180 from about 205 lbs. Much love to the 4DH team!!

I started with the free week but was getting so much out of it, I continued on through the first portal. I am about to start the second portal and continue to get a lot from these courses. One of the great features is the community and accountability here. I highly recommend!

Attended the 7 Day challenge and for a free class there was tons of great information, lots to think about and self reflect on. Larry brought good energy to the class, looking forward to more in the future.
