Poor communication, overpriced, and unprofessional. Not recommended. Do your due diligence and verify background, credentials, pricing, and terms before working with 3B Accounting.

Dear Mr. Mathew, How are you? We trust this correspondence finds you well. We appreciate your feedback and regret any perception of dissatisfaction. Our offices operate under rigorous professional and communication standards designed to ensure professional and procedural clarity, responsiveness, and—where appropriate—bespoke resolution across every client interaction and touchpoint. We would like to note that public commentary may at times convey only a partial view of a broader professional context, particularly when we are limited in our communication due to risk benchmarks in place with accountholder communications. In line with our confidentiality and data protection obligations, we are unable to elaborate on specific matters, and we appreciate your understanding of these protocols, as they are here to protect personally identifying information and client data. In general, 3B remains wholly committed to maintaining a compliance posture and transparent billing practices available to review at 3baccounting.com/terms-of-service, all established to uphold institutional standards of professionalism, integrity, and corporate governance across all enterprise-grade SLAs, retainer frameworks, and advisory engagements.
