360TunersReviews of 360tuners.com

Overpriced item and can't return because i can't get ahold of customer service. This company is a joke.

An absolute nightmare! On 23 March 2015 I had ordered a pair of headlights with 360Tuners. I explicitly told them that I needed them here in Switzerland on the 31 at the latest (and thus paid for USPS priority mail express international) only to see my parcel being delivered to some stranger in California! Explanation from 360Tuners for that minor detail? Zero! And the best of all: until today (23 April 2015) I still haven't got my money back! Luckily enough credit card companies have charge back divisions that investigate into internet frauds, so my payment will be "charged back" from 360Tuners anyway at some point but it is appalling that one has to even use that possibility to get one's money back. Here I have copied and pasted the original e-mail conversation going back and forth with 360tuners regarding my order 604921. I have just erased the e-mail headers because you cannot use special characters in this form and a few other things for privacy reasons and I have reversed the original order so you can read from top to bottom instead of the other way round: Me to 360Tuners on March 29, 2015: Hello, According to USPS Tracking, my parcel has been delivered in Alhambra/CA to a person completely unknown to me (see tracking number EC209994565US)!!! Either the tracking number you sent me, is false or you actually managed to deliver a parcel that was to be shipped to Switzerland to a complete false address in the USA. Please verify asap (!) and let me know what the case is with my shipment! You can either send ma an e-mail or call me on my mobile (...). If I do not get a satisfactory answer within the next 36 hours, I will revoke my credit card payment. Regards Karl A... 360Tuners to me on March 30, 2015 I will check with management and update you with a tracking number. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on March 31, 2015 So, is your management somewhere in China or what is the reason why you cannot tell me what has made you ship my headlights to someone completely different??? If I don’t get a satisfactory answer by the end of today, you don’t have to bother at all anymore. I won’t accept a delivery after end of tomorrow anyway. I explicitely requested express shipment but if I have to wait for over week, I can do without it. Karl A... 360Tuners to me on March 31, 2015: I will check with management, they are currently out on lunch. I will update you shortly. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on March 31, 2015: I bet they are Me to 360Tuners on March 31, 2015: What is the matter with you guys? ...? A word of caution: if by the end of tomorrow I don’t have my headlights, I won’t accept delivery and revoke my cc payment. I don’t pay USPS Expess International Mail to get my stuff after somewhere around christmas with no tracking possibility! Karl A... 360Tuners to me on March 31, 2015: Hi there, I have been receiving your emails and updating you each email I received. I checked your account records and I do not know why your order was returned to our facilities. I will check with the shipping department and management. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. 360Tuners to me on April 1, 2015 (my time): Hi there, we checked with the post office and they informed me that the shipment was undeliverable to the address you provided. Management has informed me that we can ship through UPS, but the cost of shipping will be adjusted. Your tracking number for USPS is: EC209994565US. Please reply or contact us with your decision. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on April 1, 2015, via my office e-mail account: Hi there! I have just tried to send you this answer on the fax number displayed on your website (24 hours Fax 323-446-7564) only to hear an automatic voice telling me that the number is not in use. This (together with what I have experienced so far with your company) does not really help to build up trust in your business. I must say that I am slightly astonished that USPS claims they cannot ship with Priority Mail Express International to my office address (... Basel-Stadt i.e. the ... Office of Basel-City) in Switzerland. After all my office is well known to the Swiss postal service (let alone to the local post offices) and parcels sent via USPS did arrive here in the past as well if I remember correctly. But be is as it may, I told the 360tuners agent Steve I spoke with on the phone on 24 March 2015 that I needed the headlights by 1 April 2015 at the latest which is why I don't need them shipped by UPS now anymore. Just cancel my order and re-credit my payment (USD 583.19) to my credit card account within the next 24 hours. I will be awaiting your confirmation. Regards Karl A... 360Tuners to me on April 1, 2015: We will cancel your order and process your refund. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on April 7, 2015: And just for your information (since you told me that USPS dos not ship to my office in Switzerland): this USPS parcel is about to arrive tomorrow at my office! So don’t try to find any other bogus excuses and just refund my credit card account. Karl A. (attached png of USPS shipment) 360Tuners to me on April 7, 2015: Hi there, thank you for the update. Our shipping department tried shipping the item to you, but our shipping provider may have made a mistake during delivery. The tracking number was rerouted back to our facilities for some strange reason. I am just a customer service representative only and can only update you with the information given to me. Have a great week and hope you enjoy your product. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on 7 April, 2015: Well, just to make sure: the product shipment shown to you comes from partscheap.com and not from 360tuners! So I still await 360tuner’s refund on my credit card account. Regards 360Tuners to me on April 7, 2015: I will check with our accounting department about your refund. Last I remember, we were waiting for full refund from our shipping provider (USPS) for the upgrade in shipping to be refunded. Once we receive the refund, I’m sure you will receive your refund as well. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. Me to 360Tuners on April 7, 2015: You know, I don’t really care in what department you work actually. First of all, I get a message by you (or since you never use your name, it could be a colleague of yours) saying literally: (quote) We will cancel your order and process your refund. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service. (unquote; see below) Now you tell me you are sure I get my refund once you have gotten yours by USPS. Let me be perfectly clear (and all of this will be forwarded to trustpilot com and to my credit car company of course once I will formally protest the payment to you): I will not accept any deduction of my payment under whatever pretext. Ether I will find the refund in my credit card account by end of tomorrow (my time), or I will formally object to the payment to your company for non-delivery. Regards Karl A. Epilogue: Today (9 April) still no answer from 360Tuners (let alone the refund they owe) I have now reported the case to the Chargeback Division of my Credit Card Company for investigation and charge back. My advise to everyone outside the USA: don't try to do business with this Company. Spare your nerves and use CARID instead. They managed to send me the ordered item within 3(!) business days.

From inquiry to promptly receiving answers and technical sales agent being very knowledgeable of their products was a superior shopping experience. From date of order to delivery, 360 Tuners kept me in the loop of product being shipped and the ETA. In additional, I really appreciate the Military Discount they offer. Product looked good out of the box, installation was easy and perfect fit, every thing needed was in the box, shipping was super fast, now that I am done wish i spent a little more and got better quality but this is working fine. And their customer service follow-up phobe call as to my satisfaction of the product and service is great to know that they really care about their customers.Thank you for the outstanding and excellent service!

At first glance when I received the cargo mat for my Nissan Maxima, I wasn't certain what I was receiving the correct product, but after I placed the rubber mats in my truck, I was happy that I made the right choice. They fit seamlessly with no gap at all. I don't need to worry about drink spills or dirty shoes soaking the factory floor mats anymore at all. These protector rubber mats make a nice upgrade in appearance of the car interior. I can rest assure that I would not have to worry about getting the interior of my car dirty again. By the way, I must also mention the huge selection of great automotive accessories and super fast delivery, will shop again for sure!

I have ordered from 360tuners several times good quality fast shipping and has always been exactly what I wanted for my ford f150.
