Beware: you can only return it if it hasn't been used at all. How would you know if it's good or bad? There is no way. There are plenty of much more reputable options.

Two stars for good customer service. The frying pans are frankly bad. They have very thin, unreinforced bases, so they warp whenever heated. The bottom bulges into a cone shape, causing them to wobble on the stove. They are expensive, yet the build quality is poor.

I purchased 2 pans. One was fine after I tried it the other I tried it and it was warped . I contacted the company with no response . Contacted my original form of payment and they froze pmt on the one pan. When 360 decided to contact me they said it’s now used and they will do me the favor to send a return postage and look at it to see about fixing the warp with in 6 weeks! I said that this came to me warped and how would I know unless I tried it..I had been waiting to see if they got it back in the mail. Three emails asking for a follow up . Finally they said your form of payment has declined so nothing else will be done. I explained my credit card company was waiting for a response on their warranty. Not worth all of this trouble for horrible customer service and is sending defective products out and leaving it up to the customer to deal with their lack of warranty.

I ordered the 6qt slow cooker (Pot + slow cooker base). I paid for expedited shipping (2 day) putting the whole order above $500. However, after a week I contacted them asking where my order was since it was obviously not even shipped even though they kept the $35 for 2 day shipping. They then said it was actually sold out and on backorder and the "site couldn't update in time". This seemed reasonable and I said I'll wait but had to nag them to even get my money back for the service they didn't provide?! After another week and a half I checked the site to see only the cheapest option was now labeled sold out with the more premium ones still listed as in stock. I'll be honest I was not as professional as I should have been when I reached out to support again but this time calling out how its literally illegal to arbitrarily list items out of stock to generate more sales on more expensive options. They then tried to shrug and blame the marketing team and stopped responding. I am extremely disappointed as I was hoping this would be a buy once cry once situation but it is just a scam. (Currently trying to get a full refund and am getting no response)

I received a few of their pots fast and they were a very good quality cookware. However, I ordered a silverware from them and I haven’t received it for about 3 months. The company didn’t respond to my emails. Finally, I asked PayPal for assistance and I will get my money back in a few days. Thank God for PayPal!

360 cookware AKA Americraft Cookware, Ordered the stainless steel honey bee stainless silverware,3 months ago and haven’t received anything as of yet. I tried to contact customer service several times only to get an auto response that the appropriate department will be in contact. Never heard from anyone. Purchased the SHIPINSURE so I contacted them. They said the product hadn’t been shipped so they would not take my claim. However they did give me a link where I was able to chat “message” someone who just told me the same thing as the auto response. And I was only able to chat with that person once, no response since. I got scammed, do NOT buy from this company. If you do don’t bother with the SHIPINSURE because if you do have an issue they are also of no help.

This is American made stainless steel. Way better than any cookware made in China!
