UNABLE TO LOG INTO ACCOUNT ONCE CREATED

I didn't get to use the trial I signed up for but I was still charged twice please sort this out.

I signed up for the free full access trial. It was supposed to be for 14 days, but I lost access after just a couple of days. I emailed support multiple times and no response. Poor service.

Hi George, we do not automatically cancel trials on our end. If you selected cancel at any time from your account page during the trial, this would end your trial before the 14 days. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to reach us via email, please check your spam or junk folder to see if you received a response from us and missed it. I didn't like the lip exercise I would have liked to see one teacher that gave another option for the exercise. I only watched about 3 or 4 maybe the dumb exercise is gone after that ill stick with my private lessons. I was using this as an add on but didn't like it.

Hi Dionne, we are very sorry to hear that you did not like the lessons. Lip trills are definitely tricky, but be have many other exercises available besides the lip trill exercises. I would have giving them -5 stars but had to put 1 star to write this. I have been paying for 30 day singer now for 3 month and I have not gotten the service I have paid for. I have written them twice now I have not gotten a response from them but they keep taking my money out of my checking account. Guess I will have to start a lawsuit to get my money back.

Hi Bill, you had created two separate accounts one that was free, and one that was Full Access. The Full access account included a spelling error upon signup, which is why you were unable to access it. We responded to your first email requesting more information, but never received a response. We also responded to your second email requesting further information. We spoke with you on the phone as well and were able to locate the Full Access account after getting your billing information. We deleted your free account and fixed the spelling error for your Full Access account so that you could access it again. We hope you will update your review as we have assisted in fixing the issue. I have never made a review before, but I was so displeased I made an expectation. To start off, I didn’t really enjoy the courses to begin with, and when I woke up this morning found I had been charged $129.I don’t even know why they got the idea charging me for the year was appropriate to begin with. Even if I had liked it, I wouldn’t have agreed to pay the year in full, I would’ve preferred to pay each month. I attempted to email support but I got one back from google saying that either didn’t exist or could not receive emails. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be getting my money back. Just be aware before you buy it that the videos are something you could find for free on YouTube, and it won’t charge $129 overnight.

Rip off, beware! Absolutely occluded pricing, costs may change right before final check out to 30 times higher amounts. Some content seems to be hosted on YouTube, so no chance of watching or listening uninterrupted (while commuting or outside), also you are giving away your data to a company that cannot be trusted and get nothing in return. Other content, luckily, can be downloaded. Unfortunately, support is not too helpful either, you don't get clear information about pricing beforehand. All in all I can only recommend staying away from this kind of service!

Hi M. After this issue was reported to us, we discovered the site was automatically providing incorrect currency conversions. All prices are meant to be set in USD. We rectified the issue as soon as we were made aware. We do provide free content on YouTube for those that can not afford to upgrade with us. However, it is not the same content that is provided on the site. We provide two beginner levels, advanced techniques, tricks and techniques, warm-ups and vocal health lessons on the site, all of which is not provided on our YouTube. Our site content is not hosted on YouTube, and has it's own private server. We provide data security in full compliance with the GDPR and any data hosting information can be provided upon request. We do not sell data to any third party sites, and all data can be deleted upon request. I looked into your specific case, and we provided as much support and information as we possibly could. You were provided with a cancelation, and refund immediately upon your request. We also explained the situation with the currency conversion and fixed the issue as soon as it was reported. We apologize that you did not have the best experience with our site. We appreciate your time and feedback submission. We will work to ensure that these issues do not occur again. My friend paid for a thirty minutes session and sat in a zoom waiting room for an hour. Scam much?
