I ordered a cell phone battery on March 5 because mine was DEAD, and as of March 13, I have NOT received it. You should offer delivery options other than USPS, such as UPS or FedEx. As of today, March 14, the cell phone battery has not been delivered, and I see that the charge for the battery was posted on my credit card on March 6, 2015. The tracking number is of no use, since it only shows that the shipping label was made on March 6, and no other details are given to date. To say I am disappointed is an understatement ! As up today, March 16, the battery has NOT been delivered !!!

I ordered a replacement battery for my home security system. I received a dead battery and my e-mails to customer service have gone unanswered. Stay away from this seller.
