If you are considering Listing your property, please give me opportunity to earn your business. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Having moved here from Leesburg FL area (Fruitland Park FL) back in 1996, I have never looked back. Being originally from New England (Burlington, MA) I guess they call me a "Half Back" since I went from up North to way South and now half way back, but that's ok. I just love the fishing and boating in Lake Hiwassee, Lake Nottely, Lake Chatuge, Lake Blue Ridge... I personally like to jump on a jet ski with my dog Maggie and take off. 3 Rivers in Cherokee County NC: Valley River, Hiwassee River, Nottely River and some great trout fishing in these trout streams. Hunting is big around here (Wild Turkey Hunting, Deer Hunting etc.,). I love to shoot the wildlife with my camera and the Antique hunting at the Flea Markets. Just sitting outside on the porch with a glass of North Carolina wine with my lovely wife Mary, watching the sunset, Wow, LIFE IS GOOD in this God's country. He is an excellent real estate agent in NC & GA who has helped so many clients and customers meet their real estate goals. Check out his sold records on Zillow and on NC & GA MLS. Big Frank Schuler Broke-In-Charge/Owner at BIG Realty is THE best realtor that I highly recommend.

Big Frank knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. He will answer every question you have and can give you good advice. We used Big Frank to buy a piece of property and used Big Frank to purchase a second place. That's how much trust we have in Big Frank. We would recommend Big Frank to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. He will do his best for you.

We went to Frank when we decided to sell our cabin in the Murphy area. We received the first offer in a phone call while driving home to St. Petersburg. With Frank's constant support to both us and potential buyers, the sale was completed within three months.

Big Frank is a great Realtor. He knew so much about the area. With us moving up from Florida, that was very helpful. We bought an investment property and Frank Got us a Great deal. We couldn't be happier. I recommended.

You are so very welcome Kristin. It was my pleasure to help. Don't hesitate to call if you ever need anything.
Big Frank is Amazing at what he does. After going through many realtors and having them treat us poorly, not return our calls or emails, we finally found Big Frank. He treated us like we were his only client and found that he really listened to what we were looking for and knew the area VERY well. He helped us find our dream home. We are so happy and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. :-)
