They tell you it’s £1 to speak to someone. It isn’t. They charge you another £39. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MASSIVE SCAM.

I WAS LOOKING FOR OUTLOOK SUPPORT AND THIS COMPANY POPPED UP ON THE TOP OF THE LIST FOR MICROSOFT SUPPORT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE MICROSOFT. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE OPERATING A SCAM. THEY DIRECT YOU TO A PORTAL TO PAY €1 FOR THE INFORMATION YOU WANT BUT WHEN YOU GO TO THE PAYMENT PAGE, THE BILL JUMPS TO €46.

It states in its website that it has 5 starts on Trust Pilot-yeh right , well where are they then. Do t waste your money it’s s rip off they say if you pay £5 they will answer your question. Once you have paid they then say -oh have you got another£43 . You obviously ssy -no so they leave you in the learch Awful Awful Awful !!!!
