Unfair Payout Denial
Unfair Payout Denial – Hidden Limits & Poor Support I am extremely disappointed with 0Consistency. After earning a solid profit of $711.61 (22.31% growth) on account 1788167638511-W02HZI64Q with a max drawdown of only 2.14%, my payout request was denied and my account was marked as "Failed." Key issues: No Real-Time Enforcement: The system allowed 0.01 micro-lot split orders for weeks without any warnings or blocks, only to retroactively disqualify the account during the payout review. Ambiguous Position Rules: Single trade entries split into micro-lots for risk management were unfairly counted as separate "positions" per order ticket. Ignored Support & Platform Issues: The platform faced weeks of outage, and support emails were completely ignored. Withholding profits at withdrawal after allowing active trading without warnings is unfair practice. I urge 0Consistency to review my account and honor the payout. Prospective traders, beware!
